Jacki Jones is a Branch Manager at Truist Bank and brings over 33 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has held a wide range of leadership roles at both the branch and area levels. Known for her strategic insight and commitment to customer service, Jacki has played a pivotal role in guiding teams and driving growth across multiple markets.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jacki is deeply involved in her community. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and held key leadership positions as both Vice Chair and Chair of the Chamber’s Leadership Columbia County program. Jacki also contributes her time and expertise as a member of the Community Review Panel for the United Way, helping to support impactful local initiatives.
Jacki and her husband, Melvin, enjoy spending their free time exploring the outdoors. They frequently head to the North Georgia mountains to camp, kayak, and hike. She is also a proud mother to two adult sons, Dylon and Aric.
